Because our services are customized and delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available once work has started or after a draft, file, or completed service has been delivered.

A full refund may be requested only if the service has not started, no draft or file has been delivered, and the request is submitted within 24 hours of payment.

If work has already started, a partial refund may be considered depending on the amount of work completed.

Refunds are not available for completed services, approved work, revisions requested after final approval, delays caused by the client, or changes to project requirements after work has started.
